How long does a grooming appointment take?
Most grooms take 1.5–3 hours depending on your pet’s size, coat, and add-ons. First visits may take slightly longer as we get to know your pet. We’ll text you updates and let you know when we’re wrapping up.
How much does mobile pet grooming cost?

Do you groom cats?
Yes. Cats hate car rides and loud salons, so our mobile setup is a much calmer option — your cat only has to walk a few steps from your door to our van. Cat grooming starts at $125. Text us to check availability at your address.
What if my pet has mats?
We assess your pet’s coat condition first. Light to moderate mats: gentle dematting (starting at $30, varies by severity). Severe matting: requires a full shave-down for your pet’s safety — severely matted coats cause pain and skin damage. See our Matted Coats policy for full details.
Do you groom anxious or senior pets?
Yes — and we specialize in them. Helen has extensive experience with aging pets, including those with collapsed trachea, mobility issues, and medical conditions. One-on-one mobile grooming is calmer than a busy salon, and we work slowly with comfort breaks as needed. Many groomers turn senior pets away. We welcome them.
Can you de-shed my double-coated dog?
Yes — our Ultimate De-shed Treatment plus thorough blow-out reduces shedding for weeks. Important: we never shave double-coated breeds. Shaving damages the coat and actually makes them hotter, not cooler. See our Double-Coated Breeds policy for more.
