Behind the scenes: Between appointments, Helen wipes down the table and tub with hospital-grade disinfectant, swaps the towel set, runs combs and shears through tool-bath solution for full contact time, and re-mats the floor before the next dog steps in. The cleanup is the reason your dog gets the same clean spa whether they're the first appointment of the day or the last.
