How often should my dog or cat get a bath?
Most pets benefit from a bath every 4-6 weeks. Short-coated breeds still shed year-round and need regular de-shedding; long-coated pets need it to prevent matting. Cats usually do well at 6-8 weeks. Not sure? Text us a photo — we’ll recommend a cadence that fits your pet’s coat.
What’s the difference between a Bath & Brush and a full haircut?
A Bath & Brush is the upkeep package — warm bath, hydro-massage, blow-dry, brush-out, nails, ears, and teeth. No scissor or clipper work. A full haircut adds a body trim to your specifications. Many clients alternate — Bath & Brush between full grooms — to stretch their grooming budget.
How do I qualify for the 10/15/20% discount?

Do you groom cats on a regular cadence?
Yes. Cats shed, mat, and need nail trims just like dogs — many clients schedule their cat every 6-8 weeks. Short-haired cats start at $125, long-haired at $150. We come to you, so no stressful carrier rides or loud salons.
What if I miss my 4-6 week window?
We’ll still get you on the schedule — just at our standard rate. Once you book your next visit back inside the window, your discount picks up again. No contracts, no penalties.
